Our beautiful home is ideally situated  very close to a large range of local amenities.

* Take a one minute drive and you can reach a Deli, Subway, General Store, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, Family Bar, Petrol Station and Liquor Store.

* A Two minute drive will take you to a Publix Supermarket,  an Italian Resturant, Chillis Resturant, Takeaways (delivery available to our home!) McDonalds, Video Store and Mail Box. Champions Gate Golf Course is also here and is next to the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

* Four minutes driving along the 27 will bring you to many of the well known Resturants, which are ideal for visiting on one of your days spent around the pool, when you would like to stay local.

* In just under 10 minutes you can reach Cagan Crossings, which is home to a very large Walmart Store, which holds an amazing range of goods and food produce.

* The gates of Disney are 10 minutes drive along the I4.

* Seaworld and International Drive 15 minutes. 

* Universal 25 minutes. Orlando International 25minutes. 

* Busch Gardens can be reached in around 45 minutes.

* The Gulf Coast beaches are just an hour away as are the East Coast beaches. Boat trips from Clearwater beach to see the dolphins swim alongside the boat are a must !

* Kennedy Space Centre and Cape Canaveral are also only 60 minutes away. Check Kennedy's website for the current launch schedule, well worth the visit, event if you only get to see the launces from Coco beach!

* Daytona beach and race track are a 90 minute drive.
